Although all shoulding happens in the present moment, most of it is ruminating in the past or future should. We rarely are in the present and even then we could still be shoulding. If indecisive and insecure about a choice before you, you can be going through a similar torture of anxiety because you don’t want to do something wrong. This is shoulding on the present moment while in the present moment. It can have aspects of past and future should as you rack your brain for a decision. Just do your best and get the should out of you so that your life can carry on.
