Your typical concentration is like a laser fixed to one of the air-dancing contraptions at a car dealership as it wiggles around, says the gnome. To form a true focused and powerful laser you need something to fix it upon as you continuously sit your mind to power it up.
Your mind is a like an inefficient battery with a neural-network (synaptic connections) that drain small amounts of energy with every sporadic thought and association. With to much activity, it taxes the system and over drains your power.
